At this first meeting, we will have a chance to meet new team members, get an overview of this year’s project and start to delve into the theme for 2022.
It is imperative that we get our stock letters out before the beginning of March. If you absolutely (no way) cannot attend, please email OYMT.firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP.
Please bring your mailing list on peel and stick address labels, along with $5 for dinner. Also, please bring your $175 final payment and any missing forms.

Please join us for our mandatory tool and safety training. There will be a series of learning stations for various construction tasks. Safety is one of our top priorities on our mission trip and this session is key to making sure everyone has the proper training to do our work well and safely.
IMPORTANT: You will need work boots, long pants and t-shirts (no sleeveless shirts) for this training session (just as you will when we are working on the trip).
There will be no meal. Please bring any additional stock sales/fundraising proceeds.

Please join us for our mandatory construction training. There will be a working project where we practice our prior tool and safety training. Safety is one of our top priorities on our mission trip and this session is key to making sure everyone has the proper training to do our work well and safely.
IMPORTANT: Please bring/wear:
Rainjacket in case of showers
ASP work clothes: long pants, work boots, t-shirt w/sleeves
If you have a long sleeve shirt or an old “dad’s” button down shirt please bring—one of our jobs involves insulation.
$5 for lunch
We plan to end at 4:00, but may run later depending on cleanup (if everyone helps, we’re done!).

- One parent per family MUST attend this meeting. There will be paperwork to fill out or confirm. We will also give out the pack list at this time.
Bring insurance cards and ID’s, $5 for dinner, as well as outstanding stock and fundraising monies.

Packed bags may be left in Danbury if you are unable to bring them on July 8.
